據中國貿易救濟信息網消息，2025年3月31日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）發布公告稱，對特定電容放電點火系統及其組件和下游產品（Certain Capacitive Discharge Ignition Systems,Components Thereof,and Products Containing the Same，調查編碼：337-TA-1390）作出337部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2025年2月4日作出的最終初裁（FID）不予復審，即本案不存在侵權，并終止調查。

2024年2月8日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定電容放電點火系統及其組件和下游產品（Certain Capacitive Discharge Ignition Systems,Components Thereof ,and Products Containing the Same）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1390）。

2024年1月10日，美國Altronic,LLC,of Girard,OH向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國注冊專利號7401603），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。
