據中國貿易救濟信息網3月24日消息，2025年3月21日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定外國制造的半導體器件及其下游產品和組件（Certain Foreign-Fabricated Semiconductor Devices, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1443）。

2025年2月18日，愛爾蘭Longitude Licensing Ltd. of Ireland、愛爾蘭Marlin Semiconductor Limited of Ireland向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國注冊專利號7,745,847、9,093,473、9,147,747、9,184,292），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。

中國臺灣地區Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited of Taiwan、美國Apple Inc. of Cupertino, CA、美國Broadcom Inc. of Palo Alto, CA、中國香港特別行政區Lenovo Group Limited of China、中國湖北Motorola (Wuhan) Mobility Technologies Communication Company Limited of China摩托羅拉（武漢）移動技術通信有限公司、中國福建Motorola Mobile Communication Technology Ltd. of China摩托羅拉移動通信技術有限公司、中國廣東OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. of China、美國Qualcomm Inc. of San Diego, CA為列名被告。

美國國際貿易委員會將于立案后45天內確定調查結束期。除美國貿易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿易委員會在337案件中發布的救濟令自發布之日生效并于發布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
